This shower head/faucet is beautiful. We live in a home that was built custom for the prior owners. They put in a claw foot tub which is beautiful but our children have all reached the age where they would rather shower and our master was the only other bathroom with a shower so we took the steps to convert the tub to a shower. Let me just say it is very pretty and it does the job just fine. We mostly use the handheld shower tool now. With that being said it also has it's flaws. The little balls around the faucet fall off every single time we shower our son. I have to screw them back on. The hand held faucet does not clip on to the bar so if bumped it will fall back off and is now dented horribly because of that. Price is another key reason we chose this option. Everywhere else was selling something similar for Well over $500 if not $1000 so this was way more cost effective. Maybe you get what you pay for? Overall it does the job and the inconveniences are not a huge deal for how much we saved.
